Overview
This article details the steps involved to email event registrants through both a Registrant List, and the Profile List.
If you want to contact event registrants across multiple events, use the Profile List to search then contact event attendees.
To contact event registrants through a registrant list
1. Navigate to Forms > Form List.
2. Click either the view list or number hyperlink underneath the Registrants column. If you see view list, this means the form contains multiple event sections. On the following page, you can toggle back and forth between different event sections.
3. Tag users in your list, then click the Actions dropdown menu. Click Contact Tagged Registrants.
4. On the Contact Registrants window, confirm you want to contact these registrants, then click CONTACT X REGISTRANTS.
5. In the Contact Center, you can create a new message or use a saved message. Your tagged registrants are automatically assigned as recipients.

To email event registrants from the profile list
1. Navigate to the Profile List in your admin dashboard.
2. Use the Advanced Search By dropdown menu to search for event registrants. Add the criteria Event > Is Registered For > [Select your event(s)]. Then, click RUN THIS SEARCH.
You can include multiple events in your search criteria.
3. Click TAG ALL to tag all registrants in this list. Or, use the checkboxes on the left hand side to tag registrants individually. Click the ACTIONS dropdown menu. Then, select Contact.
4. In the Contact Center, you can create a new message or use a saved message. Your tagged registrants are automatically assigned as recipients.
