Product feedback and requests

Learn how to share your ideas, vote on new features, and track what we are building in MC Professional.

Overview

We want to hear from you! You can now use the Product Feedback dashboard directly in your administrator backend. This tool helps you tell us what features you need most and lets you see what we are working on.

With the feedback dashboard, you can:

• Submit new ideas for the product.

• Vote on ideas from other users.

• Set which requests are most important to you.

• See a list of recently released features.

• Get email updates when we start building your suggestions.

To submit requests and feedback

1. Log in to your MC Professional account.

2. Click the Question Mark (?) icon in the bottom right to open the Resource Center.

3. Select Product Feedback.

4. Enter your details. Tell us how this change would help your organization.

5. Click Submit Request.

6. To add more ideas, click Add Another Request. To see the full dashboard, click Open in Portal.

How to use the Dashboard

To see all requests and updates, click Open in Portal from the Product Feedback menu.

My Priorities

This section shows ideas you suggested or voted for.

• Rank your needs: Use the slider in the Priority column. Slide right to show a feature is very important to you.

• Check progress: Look at the Status column to see where your idea stands.

Suggested by Others

See what other administrators are asking for.

• Vote: Click the Thumbs Up to show you want that feature. It will move to your "My Priorities" list.

• Hide: Click the ZZZ icon if you aren't interested in a suggestion.

Understanding Statuses

Every request has a status so you know what is happening:

View what's coming

• Releases: Click the Releases tab to see a list of everything we just finished.

• What’s Coming: Click the What's coming? tab to see features we plan to build soon.
