Overview
We've released a new customer feedback system as part of our efforts to improve our processes. Now, you have access to a feedback dashboard directly from your from MC professional administrator backend. Our goal is to capture valuable feedback on how our product can serve you better.
There is now, among several exciting features outlined below, the ability for you to see and prioritize your enhancement requests, and receive a notification when any of your suggestions are completed or considered. Additional features of the new feedback dashboard include:
- A new dashboard within MC Professional to submit and review product enhancement requests.
- The ability to view which enhancement requests have been recently released.
- The ability to view and prioritize enhancement requests suggested by or others.
- The ability to view the status of enhancement requests.
- E-mail notifications if a request is completed or considered.
- The ability to view and vote on suggestions made by other administrators across all MC Professional accounts.
To submit product feedback
1. Log in to your MC Professional administrator backend.
2. In the bottom right corner, click the question mark icon to access the Resource Center. Then, click Product Feedback.
3. In the Product Feedback module, enter as much detail as possible using the prompts provided. We receive a high volume of feedback and understanding the organizational value of your feedback helps us prioritize better. When you're finished, click Submit request.
4. Click Add Another Request to submit additional feedback, or click Open in Portal to continue to the feedback portal.
To open the feedback form in a new tab, click Open in Portal in the top right corner of the Product Feedback module.
To access the feedback dashboard
1. Log in to your MC Professional administrator backend.
2. In the bottom right corner, click the question mark icon to access the Resource Center. Then, click Product Feedback.
3. Click the Open in Portal link to navigate to the feedback dashboard. Or, submit a request then click the Open in Portal button on the following screen. Please see To submit product feedback.
4. In the feedback dashboard, click Dashboard on the vertical toolbar.
Dashboard
On this page, you can:
- Click Make a Suggestion to submit enhancement requests or feedback.
- View the Recently Released section to see which features have made it to production.
- View the My Priorities section to see what you've suggested and ideas that you've voted on. You can also establish which ideas have greater priority for you by using the slider toggles underneath the Priority column.
- View the Suggested by Others section to view enhancement requests suggested by administrators from other organizations.
Priorities and statuses
In the My Priorities section, you can view the status of your enhancement priorities. You can also increase the importance of a suggestion by dragging the toggle slider in the Priority column to the right. Or, decrease the importance of a priority by dragging the slider left. Click on a request in the Title column to view the request.
In the Status column, you can view which stage of production the request is in. Statuses include:
- Backlog: The request is still being reviewed or considered.
- Not Planned: The request is not planned for the foreseeable future. This could be because of technical limitations, incompatible workflows, or other enhancement priorities.
- Planned: The request is on our Product Roadmap and we are planning how and when to best implement it.
- Building: The request is currently being worked on by our development team. When you see this status, please keep an eye on our Latest product updates page.
- Released: The request has been released or it's a feature that already exists in product. Please visit our Help Center to learn more about the feature.
Viewing and voting on requests
In the Suggested by Others section, you can view a list of requests from administrators across all MC Professional accounts.
Clicking the thumbs up icon means you're interested in the feature request. This moves the request into the My Priorities list. Clicking the zzz icon means you're not interested in the feedback request. This removes the suggestion from the Suggested by Others list.
If you clicked the zzz icon but want to view the suggestion again, click the See your previous choices link in the My Priorities section.
Releases
On the Releases page you can view all enhancement request with a Released status. This status means the request has been recently released or it already exists as a feature in MC Professional.
What's coming?
On the What's coming? page you can view all enhancement requests with a Planned status. This status means the request is on our product roadmap and we are planning how and when to implement it.
