Overview
MC Professional accounts come with two Authorized Service Administrator (ASA) profiles. An ASA can receive support from our support team by phone (404-879-2800) or email.
You can add ASA profiles - beyond the two that come with your account - for $15 per profile, per month. You may add as many new ASA profiles as you'd like.
To view the number of ASA profiles associated with your account
1. In your admin backend, navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
2. In the Account Information section you can view how many ASAs are associated with your account.
To add an authorized service administrator
1. In the top right corner of your admin dashboard, click Search. Then, select the member profile in your database that you want to add as an ASA.
2. In the member's profile, click the Actions dropdown menu. Then, click Set as ASA.
3. For security purposes, the system prompts you to set up a 4 digit Pin (personal identification number). If you reach out to our support team they will ask for your pin number to ensure that you are and ASA. Click Save when you're finished.
5. To confirm that a member is set as an ASA, an Authorized Service Administrator Settings button displays in their member profile.
6. In the Authorized Service Administrator Settings you can update an ASA's pin. Click Save when you're finished.
To remove and authorized service administrator
1. Navigate to the profile you would like to remove. In the ASA's profile, click the Actions dropdown menu. Then, click Unset as ASA.
Notes on ASAs
- Authorized service administrators aren’t impacted by group attribute security or admin permissions. Account administrators are. If an administrator doesn't have the proper group attribute security or admin permissions, they won't see that data in the administrator backend.
- Account administrators cannot view the Admin permissions page, only ASAs.
- Only ASAs can view the Account Settings page.
