To access the Success Shack
Click the red question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard. This is a resource hub for Admins and ASAs to access:
- Training courses in MC University
- Help center articles
- The product feedback form
- Product updates
To access live chat
Click the blue Chat button in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard.
You can connect with a live technical support agent. Type your support request into the chat box and a support agent will connect with you shortly.
