Admins and ASAs can access the Resource Center and live-chat in-product through their admin dashboard. The Resource Center provides organizations with the tools they need to succeed using MC Professional.
For product feature or enhancement requests, submit a product feedback form.
To access the Resource Center
Click the red question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard. This is a resource hub for Admins and ASAs to access:
- Help center articles and technical support
- Training courses in MemberClicks University
- The product feedback form and roadmap
- Product updates
- The Loop client forum
- The Client Click email newsletter
To access live chat
Click the Chat button in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard.
You can connect and chat with a live technical support agent. Type your support request into the chat box and a support agent will connect with you.
ASAs can also connect with our support team by phone or email: +1 (855) 466-4312 / firstname.lastname@example.org. Support hours are Monday to Thursday: 9 am - 7 pm EST, and Friday: 10 am - 6 pm EST.
