Overview
Admins and ASAs can access the Resource Center and live-chat in-product through their admin dashboard. The Resource Center provides organizations with the tools they need to succeed using MC Professional.
To access the Resource Center
Click the red question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard.
This is a resource hub for Administrators and ASAs to access:
- Help center articles and technical support
- Live Help Chat
- Training courses in MemberClicks University
- The feedback dashboard
- The Product Roadmap
- Product updates
- The Loop client forum
- The Client Click email newsletter
To access Live Chat
Click the red question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your admin dashboard.
You can connect and chat with a live technical support agent by selecting "Live Help Chat" in the Resource Center menu.
ASAs can also connect with our support team by phone or email: +1 (855) 466-4312 / help@memberclicks.com. Support hours are Monday to Thursday: 9 am - 7 pm EST, and Friday: 10 am - 6 pm EST.
