Need product support? Administrators and Authorized Service Administrators (ASAs) can access the Resource Center and live chat directly inside the admin dashboard. The Resource Center offers tools and guides to help your organization succeed with MC Professional.
What's the Resource Center?
The Resource Center is a central hub for Admins and ASAs. You can use it to find:
- Help Center articles and technical guides
- Booked calls (ASAs only)
- Live chat support (ASAs only)
- Training courses in MemberClicks University
- The feedback dashboard
- The Product Roadmap and product updates
- The Loop client forum
- The Client Click email newsletter
Opening the Resource Center
- Log into your admin dashboard.
- Select the red question mark icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Starting a live chat
- Open the Resource Center (select the red question mark icon).
- Select Live Help Chat to connect with a support agent.
Live chat hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
