Overview
Every MC Professional account comes with 2 Authorized Service Administrator (ASA) profiles. ASAs are the only organization members who can contact our support team directly by phone or email.
Need more than two? You can add as many extra ASA profiles as you want for $15 per profile, per month.
How to check your total number of ASAs
- Go to Settings > Account Settings.
- View the Account Information section to see how many ASAs are currently connected to your account.
How to add a new ASA
Before you start, make sure the person you want to add already has a member profile in your database.
- In the top right corner of your admin dashboard, select Search.
- Find and select the member's profile.
- Inside their profile, click the Actions drop-down menu and select Set as ASA.
- For security, the system will ask you to create a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).
- Click Save when finished.
Security note: Keep this PIN on hand. Our support team will ask for your PIN whenever you call or email to prove you are an authorized ASA.
To confirm it worked, you will now see an Authorized Service Administrator Settings button on their profile. You can click this button at any time to change their PIN.
How to remove an ASA
- Search for and open the profile of the person you want to remove.
- Click the Actions dropdown menu.
- Click Unset as ASA.
Important rules for ASA accounts
- Full system access: ASAs are never blocked by system group security or admin permissions. They can see all data in the system. Regular account admins, however, will be restricted based on their specific permissions.
- Exclusive pages: Only ASAs can view the Account Settings page. Also, the Admin Permissions page is only visible to ASAs and Membership Admins.
