Feedback and requests
Use the Product Feedback Form by navigating to this link or by accessing the Resource Center from within your administrator account. This form lets you tell us what features you need most, and any issues you're having with MC Professional.
Submitting requests and feedback from your admin account
Log in to your MC Professional account.
Click the Question Mark (?) icon in the bottom right to open the Resource Center.
Select Product Feedback.
Enter your details. Tell us how this change would help your organization.
Click Submit Request.
