View an improved look and feel for all invoices and credit memos
We’ve improved the design of all invoices and credit memos so admins and members have access to a design that’s easier to read and use.
- For members: A modern design that makes it simpler to view and pay bills online.
- For admins: A reorganized toolbar. Invoice and credit memo specific tasks like Pay, Void, Settle and Download are now easier to find, while actions available for every financial document (like accessing the Activity Log) are included in a dropdown menu.
For more details, see Managing invoices and credit memos.

Track invoice history with the Activity Log
We've added an Activity Log feature that automatically tracks and timestamps every financial action related to an invoice or credit memo. This feature improves auditing and administrator accountability by logging all actions (creation, payments, refunds, voids) with the user's name. Furthermore, related credit memos are displayed as clickable references for quick access.
For more details, see Tracking invoice history with the Activity Log.
Automatically create member profiles with the API
The new MC Professional API profile request lets third-party clients automatically create new member profiles in MC Professional. For example, you can use this endpoint to import event attendee information from Registration Tech into member profiles in your MC Professional account. This way, when someone registers for an event, they're automatically added as a profile in MC Professional, saving you the task of manually creating new profiles for your event attendees.
For more details, see API Resources: Create Profiles.

Update your MFA email address from your admin profile
We've added a new MFA Settings tab to admin and authorized service administrator (ASA) profiles. From this tab, admins can update the email address they initially set up for MFA. This tab is only visible within the logged-in admin's profile. This means admins can only update their own MFA email address.
This email address field is separate from the Email built-in attribute. Updating your MFA email address does not update this attribute.
For more information, see Multi-factor authentication for admins.
Improvements to the Financial module
As part of our Product Roadmap, we've begun making improvements to the Financial module, aiming to make it easier and more accessible for admins to manage finances, edit invoices, and run financial reports.
Within a member's profile on the Invoices tab, we've introduced a new column to the list of invoices that displays the date each invoice was paid. This column displays the exact date an invoice was paid in month/day/year format, letting admins quickly view this information. If an invoice remains unpaid, the column will be empty.
On the Transaction Report tab, we've added two new fields to our export feature:
- Primary Address
- Primary Email Address
You can now export these fields along with your transaction report, which can be viewed in a CSV or IIF file.
For more information, see Exporting the transaction report.
Lastly, we've made our in-product messaging clearer to warn that voiding an invoice is a permanent action that cannot be undone. This update helps admins avoid accidentally voiding invoices, which is part of our ongoing effort to improve the user experience. When an admin tries to void an invoice, a pop-up will appear to remind them of what happens when an invoice is voided.
These updates mark the first step in our rollout of larger improvements to MC Professional's financial tools.
