Product Updates
- The new Message Report is here! With a refreshed design and a more streamlined layout, it enhances both user experience and data presentation. The Message Report provides a comprehensive overview of all messages sent through the Contact Center, E-lists, form notifications, and detailed statistics for every message sent.

The user interface has been refreshed with a sleek new color scheme, designed to enhance visual appeal and improve user experience.
- The Personify logo now functions as the "home" button, returning users to the dashboard when clicked.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where exports were listed as an incorrect export type.
- Fixed an issue related to product slowness for customers outside of the U.S.
- Fixed an issue where the chat button was hidden for authorized service administrators logged in to their account.

Product Updates
- Form names are now visible in the submissions and registrants lists.
- The Member Status field for Prospect profiles is now hidden in their frontend profile. This was implemented to prevent any confusion as to whether prospect profiles are considered members.
- Added an Unopened email report to the message report. Administrators can now see a list of all users that have not opened an email message sent from your MC Professional account.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Key Contact Attribute Security page link was clickable but failed to load for accounts with no organization member types.
- Fixed an issue where member profiles were not updating correctly when a renewal invoice was paid.
- Fixed an issue where published Forums were not displaying correctly on frontend websites.
- Fixed an issue where saved emails failed to load in the Contact Center.

- Fixed an issue in the Contact Center where editing inactive email campaigns with custom date frequencies resulted in an error message.
- Fixed an issue where administrators were able to enter more than 250 characters in a review panel title field.

- In Reporting > Continuing Education, you can now download a DETAILED CSV report of all continuing education records in your database that includes additional fields to the BASIC CSV report. For more information, see our help article on the continuing education report.

- In Database > Profile Views, admins can toggle on or off the ability for members to add and edit continuing education credits in their profile. See here for more details.
- Set to Auto-Renew attribute now appears in member profiles - admin and member view - in members types with auto-renewal set to required or optional. See here for more details.
- Added the ability to include the Profile ID attribute in both a registrant, and submission list export, as well as a transaction report export.
- Added COPY LINK TO INVOICE button. Available when viewing an invoice in Payment Management > View Invoice. You can copy and paste the link in a manual email to send to a member. See here for more details.
- Added warning message in Database > Profile Views that pops up if you change your profile color theme. See here for more details.

- Need to resend an invoice to a member? Admins can now customize the invoice email that included the attached invoice.
- When admins resend an invoice through an individual's member profile OR in bulk, from the invoice list, they will now see a pop-up (similar to the one below). This screen will give you the option to "customize invoice email" and then the admin can create a one-time email that will be sent to the invoice recipient.

- Selection summary report does not display when you filter by date ranges.
- Forms: dashboard view does not display any form data.
- Manually generating a renewal invoice for period of time based member types adds an extra year to the renewal invoice.

- In new member profile, even if attribute security allows the member type to see attributes in a user’s profile, some profiles cannot view it.

- Backend indexing issue experienced each time a member updates their profile.

- New Member Profile has launched! The member profile view has gotten a makeover with a cleaner look and feel. Member profile view is the front-end view that members see in their profile. It is a central hub for individual members to access and edit their information, review their invoices, access social features, and more.

- Admins can now export a user's profile notes from the advanced profile search feature! Simply check the box "Include profile notes in the export" and the data will populate in the export.

- Membership Engagement Report Export Fix - When an admin runs an export for the membership engagement report, it will run in the background. An admin does not have to wait on the page for the export to complete, and can continue working in the system. When the report has completely finished running, it will be available in the reporting tab and under exports.

- Admins can now export profile ID's from the profile list. This feature is especially helpful for admins that are integrated with our API and need the profile ID to verify that their API connection is working.

- New Contact Center - Updated the "send test email" button to keep users in the contact center. Users will get a pop-up message, letting you know the test email was sent. Admins will now remain on the same page to keep editing their email.
