The Member Engagement tab in each profile displays data points outlining the member's engagement with your organization. For organization profiles, the tab displays a summary of engagement averages across all linked profiles.

Using your member engagement data
At-a-glance data details how each member interacts with your organization. Use it to assist members and understand where they are or aren't engaging. Then take targeted steps to get them more involved—and more likely to renew their membership.
Engagement metrics
The table below defines each engagement metric:
| Engagement metric | Definition |

| Engagement score | A weighted calculation based on three key areas of engagement: event registration and attendance, login activity, and email open rates. Configure how heavily each metric weighs in the overall score, then run the report to calculate your members' scores. For configuration details, see Member Engagement Report. |
| Years active | For active members, today's date minus the Join Date. For lapsed members, the lapsed date minus the Join Date. Years display in whole-year increments, so anything less than 1 year shows a zero. A profile without a Join Date shows a dash to indicate a lack of data. |
| Revenue collected | Amount paid from any paid or partially paid invoice. Organizations include current or past linked members. |
| Total logins | Number of times a profile has logged in since July 1, 2019, when unique login tracking began. Organization profiles display the percentage of linked profiles that have logged in since July 1, 2019. |
| Emails opened | Percentage of all emails opened out of all emails received. |
| Email clicked through | Percentage of total unique clicks of all links in emails received. |
| Events registered | Number of events with Registered status. Organization profiles display the percentage of linked profiles with at least one event with Registered status. |
| Events attended | Number of events with Attended status. Organization profiles display the percentage of linked profiles with at least one event with Attended status. |
| Forms submitted | Number of forms submitted. Organization profiles display the number of forms submitted from the organization profile and any past or current linked profiles. |
| Active committees | Number of active user positions on active committees. Organization profiles display the number of linked profiles that hold an active user position on an active committee. |
| Total committees | Includes past user positions. Only displayed for individual profiles. |
| Total credits | Number of continuing education credits. Organization profiles display a total of all credits across all linked profiles. |
| Credit hours | Number of credit hours. Organization profiles display a total of all credit hours across all linked profiles. |
