Navigate to Database > Member Types.
Hover over the member type you want to edit, then click EDIT SETTINGS.
Under Renewal Settings, you can set Auto Renewals to off, required, or optional (before enabling this option, ensure your payment processor is configured to support auto-renewals).
Click Define Renewal Paths to determine whether members of this type have the ability to change to a different member type during renewal.
You can toggle on or off the ability for your members to Renew from Member Profile. If enabled, a dropdown menu with two options will appear, allowing your members to either generate an invoice and renew in their profile, or re-direct
them to a URL. With the latter option, you can redirect them to your renewal form.
To set up profile view settings

While it's not necessary to set-up this section, it can be edited to customize the appearance of the member profile view.
