Deleting profiles clears inactive profiles out of your database—useful if you've exceeded your database limit or want to clean it up. Deleted profiles aren't permanently removed and can be restored at any time; see Recovering deleted profiles. To delete an organization profile, first unlink any linked members attached to it.

Deleting profiles individually
- Go to the member's profile using the Search bar or your Profile List, then select the Actions dropdown menu.
- Select Delete Profile.
- If you're sure this is the profile you want to delete, select Delete.
Deleting profiles in bulk
- Go to Profile List.
- Use the Advanced search by dropdown to search for all or a subset of members. Select TAG ALL to tag every member in the list, or tag members manually using the checkboxes.
- Select the ACTIONS dropdown menu.
- Select Delete Profiles.
- If you're sure these are the profiles you want to delete, select DELETE X PROFILES.
Warning: To permanently remove deleted profiles from your database, contact our support team. Permanent removal deletes all membership and financial data attached to those profiles and can't be undone.
