Deleting a profile doesn't purge it from the system. The system archives deleted profiles so you can search for and restore them later.
Recovering deleted profiles
- Go to Profile List.
Select each profile status checkbox, including Deleted profiles only, then select RUN THIS SEARCH to list all deleted profiles in your database. To narrow the results by a specific attribute, use the Advanced search by dropdown.
Select TAG ALL to tag all profiles in your list, or tag profiles manually using the checkboxes. Then select Actions > Undelete profiles. The profiles move to active, graced, or lapsed status depending on their profile information.
