In the Contact Center, you can import and export email designs, export the email HTML, and export your design as a PDF. Find these options in the Import/Export dropdown menu.
Importing a design
To upload a design into your Contact Center, select Import a new design. The file must be a .json file. An imported design retains all the drag-and-drop functionality the original design had.

Exporting a design
Select Export a current design to export a design you've built as a .json file. Use it to share the design with other organizations, or to import it into another instance of MC Professional.
Exporting the HTML
Select Export current HTML to export your design as HTML.
Exporting a PDF
Select Export current PDF to download your email as a PDF. A new browser tab opens with the PDF for viewing. To save it to your device, go to the new tab and download the PDF from there—selecting the export button alone doesn't save the file.
