The design library provides ready-made email designs to use in the Contact Center. To download a design, find the attachment at the bottom of this article that matches the design name in the table below. For steps to import a design, see Importing and exporting email designs.
Note: These files work only in the MC Professional Contact Center. They aren't intended for use with any other email provider or software.
