Can I see an example of Job Board in action?
Yes. To see the demo board, open the demo board and select the Job Board menu item.
How long does a job posting display?
Employers select a posting duration of 30, 60, or 90 days. The job is removed from the board automatically when that period ends.
What if I use the community forum to post jobs?
Job Board can replace your community forum setup. It gives job posters a more polished experience and lets your organization charge for postings.
What is my role as an admin in posting jobs?
Job posters and employers post jobs to the board on their own. Admins don’t need to intervene.
How do I learn to use Job Board?

When and how do I receive my 70% of the revenue?
Personify takes 100% of the payment initially, then pays you quarterly for your portion of the revenue. At the end of the quarter, you receive an email from NetSuite with the subject line Memberclicks Job Board Information Request. It has instructions for signing up to receive payments electronically. To receive a paper check instead, indicate that on the form you complete.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Your Job Board can be added as soon as you sign up. After you sign up, Personify sends you the self-guided documentation to get your board live.

To get started with Job Board:
- Fill out the form on the Job Board page.
- Personify contacts you to answer your questions.
- When you’re ready to move forward, you receive an activation email through DocuSign. Sign off on the terms and conditions that detail the revenue share.
- Personify creates your new board and sends you the Job Board: Setup Instructions.
