June 25, 2021
- Admins can export the Transaction Report (Manage > Track Revenue) and search any date range. The export contains all the details in the report. It also has a Revenue Share column for forecasting and reporting on your quarterly non-dues revenue.
- All pricing for Job Board users outside the US shows the USD indicator.
June 7, 2021
- Paid posts, upgrades, and transactions generate an extra credit card receipt. When the poster enters a credit card payment, Job Board sends a receipt with the transaction details. Posters don’t need to request a separate receipt.
- Fixed an issue that allowed non-members to post when posting was restricted to member profiles. The non-member restriction is fully enforced.

- Admins can issue a refund on a paid post for any reason from the Transaction Report (Manage > Track Revenue). For steps, see Job Board: Track Revenue.

- MC Professional users can link their Job Board user instance to MC Professional to get member pricing. For steps, see Job Board: How to Post a Job.
- The Payment page shows an indicator for Canadian customers that all prices are in US dollars.

- Admins can automatically share new jobs to the organization’s Facebook or LinkedIn with the social media integration. To set it up, go to Manage > Settings > Social Media. For details, see Job Board: Social Media Integrations.

- Employers can select Remote when entering their company information. Remote makes the address field optional, but employers can still enter an address. Job seekers see any address along with Remote on the job listing page.
- Fixed issues with the logo and image cropper that prevented changes from being saved.
- The address selector uses city and state instead of street number, which reduces friction caused by an unlisted address.

November 3, 2020
Quick Apply removes friction for job seekers and simplifies application management for employers. Admins don’t need to do anything to enable it.
- Job seekers: After updating their Job Board profile with their details and resume, job seekers move from one open position to another. They can also post their resume to the Resume Bank as part of Quick Apply.
- Employers: When Quick Apply is active for a posting, employers are notified of each application and have a running list of all applicants and their status. Changing the status notifies applicants of their approval or rejection, with customizable messaging.
This release also included these changes:
- Name and Email auto-populate from the MC Professional profile when completing job posts or using Quick Apply.
- Anyone can submit a resume, whether or not they have an active MC Professional profile.
- Mobile responsiveness is improved.

Job seekers can search on job title, description, and company. They can also filter positions by preferred location, custom industries, and employment types.

Employers can purchase the Job Posting Distribution add-on to have their job posting emailed to all profiles in your MC Professional database. For steps to enable it, see Job Board: Job Posting Distribution.

Admins can set limits per user for discount codes. The limit applies per member at login, or per email for guests.

The Dashboard, powered by Google Analytics, helps Job Board admins understand the demographics and performance of their Job Board. It includes total sessions, page views, bounce rates, and channels of engagement over time. For details, see Job Board: Dashboard.
