Exporting an email template
In the Contact Center - using the Import/Export dropdown menu - if you receive an error message after exporting your email as a PDF, this means one or more image in the template is too large. In this case, our system is unable to compress the template into a PDF file.
Instead of inspecting the size of each image and downsizing them, you can click the option to Export current HTML.
This will download a TXT file. Then, you can use a third party site to convert the HTML in your TXT file to a PDF file.
Alternatively - to narrow down which image is causing the problem - you can remove each image one-by-one from the template then attempt to export the template to a PDF file again.
