Overview
You can restrict an entire from, or elements of your form, to specific member groups. For example, you might grant all member groups access to a form, but you may create a selection set on your form that is only available to some of your member groups. This article details how to setup form permissions.
To configure form permissions for an entire form
1. Navigate to Forms > Form List.
2. Click CREATE FORM or EDIT a form in your list.

3. In the Form Settings tab of the Form Builder, scroll down to the Permissions section, then click Edit Group Permissions.
4. In the Group Permissions window you can select or de-select which member groups can access the entire form. Click Save when you're finished.
To configure form permissions for a form element
1. In the Form Builder, click on an element you've added to your form. In the Element Properties tab on the left hand column, scroll down to the Permissions section. Then, click Edit Group Permissions.
2. In the Group Permissions window you can select or de-select which member groups can access the form element. Click Save when you're finished.
Front-end view
If a form-taker that does not have access to a form based on their member group tries to access the form URL, the following error message displays:
If a form-taker does not have access to a form element based on their member group, the form element does not display on the form. The rest of the form displays as normal if they have permission to access it.
