You can restrict an entire form, or individual form elements, to specific member groups. For example, you might grant all member groups access to a form but limit a selection set on that form to only some groups.

To configure form permissions for an entire form
- Go to Forms > Form List.
- Select CREATE FORM, or select EDIT on a form in your list. For advanced setup steps, see Creating and configuring forms.

In the Form Settings tab of the Form Builder, scroll to the Permissions section and select Edit Group Permissions.
- In the Group Permissions window, select or clear which member groups can access the entire form. Select Save when you're finished.
To configure form permissions for a form element
- In the Form Builder, select an element you've added to your form. In the Element Properties tab, scroll to the Permissions section and select Edit Group Permissions.

If a form-taker without access to a form (based on their member group) tries to open the form URL, this error message displays:
If a form-taker doesn't have access to a specific form element, that element doesn't display. The rest of the form displays normally.
