Run an advanced search to find member profiles based on their login activity. See who has or hasn't logged in within the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or the last year. Or, find profiles that have never logged in, or have logged in at any time since their creation.
When to search by login activity
A few reasons to search by login activity:
- Identify who has never logged in, so you can proactively reach out to find out why, share login instructions, or outline member benefits.
- Identify who logs in after a specific blast email or social media post, to better understand what type of content drives logins and resonates with members.
- Create campaigns around logins. For example, search for everyone who hasn't logged in over the past 3 months, then send a targeted email with information on how they can engage with your organization.
