Search for unlinked profiles in an organization member type using the advanced search tool. You may want to link these members to an organization, or move them to an individual member type.
Searching for unlinked profiles
- Go to the Profile List.
- Select the Advanced Search By dropdown menu, then select Unlinked Profiles. Include as many organization member types in your search results as you want.
- After you add your search criteria, select RUN THIS SEARCH. Any unlinked members in these organization member types display in the list below.
