Overview
On the Key Contact Attribute Security page, you can grant key contacts the ability to view or edit attributes within their own profile. You can also allow key contacts to edit the organization's profile, and other linked profiles.
To configure key contact attribute security
Navigate to Database > Attributes. Then, click on the Key Contact Attribute Security link.
This page includes a column representing each organization member type in your database, along with a full attribute list on the left.
The Can Edit icon means members can see and edit an attribute. The Can View icon means members can see the attribute's contents, but not make any changes to it. The red Hidden icon means that members cannot see or edit an attribute.
Click the CHANGE ALL drop-down menu in either an attribute row or member type column to add permissions in bulk.
To change permissions one-by-one, hover over a cell and select from the permission options.
By default, key contacts have the same permissions as each profile in their group. These settings allow key contacts to edit additional attributes for linked members. This includes the organization profile.
