We have added a feature to the new contact center. You can now import/export email designs that have been created in the contact center, export the email HTML, and export your design as a PDF.
Import a new design
If you have already have a design from the new contact center and would like to upload that design into your new contact center, select the import a new design button. The file type must be .json in order to be imported. Please note this file type only comes from the MC Professional contact center, and is not to be uploaded from an external source.
When you import a new design, it will retain all the drag and drop functionality the original design had in the new contact center.
Please access our design library to download preset designs to import into your contact center.
Already have a design you would like to share? Please select this link to submit your design to our current design library.
Export a current design
This button will allow you create a design in the new contact center and export it to share with other organizations, or to use in an another instance of MC Professional. The file type that is exported is a .json file, that can be imported into another MC Professional instance.
Export current HTML
This feature is to export your design as HTML. Please note that the HTML code is not formatted to be used in MC Professional articles. This feature does not retain the drag and drop functionality as your original email design.
Export current PDF
This button will allow you to download your email as a PDF file. When you select export current PDF, a new tab will open in your browser with the PDF file. It will only open the PDF for viewing. In order to download this file, you will need to go to the new tab that has opened and download the PDF so that it saves it to your device.
Simply selecting the export button does not save to your device, so follow both steps listed above.
