To help you meet state equal pay requirements, admins can require every job poster to complete a salary range. For a list of states and cities that require salary transparency, see this CNBC article on salary range requirements.
Prerequisite: You must be signed in with admin credentials.
- Go to Manage > Settings > Site Configuration.
- Select the Require a salary range on all job posts checkbox.
After you select the checkbox, job posters must complete the salary range to submit a job posting.
