Creating and editing profile blocks

- Go to Site Building Tools > Profile Manager > Manage Profile Blocks.
- Select Create New Profile Block, or select Edit next to an existing block.
- Enter a title in the Block Title field, for example About Me.
- Select the Enable block? checkbox to show the block on members’ profiles.
Adding and editing fields
Use the Field Editor to build the form for the block:
- On the Add Field tab, select a field type to add it to the form.
- Select the Field Settings tab, or select a question in the Live Preview of Your Form, to edit a specific field.
- Edit the field settings, such as the field label, description, field options, and whether the field is required.
- In the Viewable and Searchable by section, select the segments that can view and search the field.
- (Optional) Drag and drop questions to rearrange them.
- (Optional) Add sections to your form on the Sections tab.
- (Optional) Select the red remove icon on a field’s box to remove the field.
- Select Save.
Setting the default cover photo
The default cover photo shows on a member’s profile until the member selects their own. To set it, go to Site Building Tools > Profile Manager > Default cover photo. Select Crop Cover Photo to adjust the image, or select Delete Cover Photo to remove it.
Mapping profile fields to segments
Profile field mapping automatically adds a member to a segment based on an option they select in their profile. To set up mapping, go to Site Building Tools > Profile Manager > Profile Field To Segment Mapper. Choose a profile field, the field options, and the segment. A member who selects any of the chosen options is added to the segment.
