Activity Summary
The Activity Summary report lets staff visualize and analyze engagement across activities and actions in the community platform with interactive charts.
- Go to Reports > Activity Summary. The report displays.
- Query community activity by Activity Area, Action, Date, and Segments.
Point to a data point on the chart to see the date and number of actions. Select Download Data to download a CSV, or select Chart Image to download a PNG image of the chart.
Top Contributors
Use the Top Contributors report to identify your most active and engaged members. It also surfaces potential advocates, community leaders, and volunteer leaders, plus candidates for committee membership or membership among prospects.
- Go to Reports > Top Contributors. The report displays.
- Use the dropdowns to query top community users by Activity Area, Action, Date, and Segments.
- Review the top contributing users in the grid below the chart.
Select Download Data to download a CSV, or select Chart Image to download a PNG image of the chart.
Community Health Check
The Community Health Check report shows the health of your community, including the product areas and categories with high engagement and those that need attention. To open it, go to Reports > Community Health Check.
The report shows engagement by area and month. Different actions within each area display as different shades of the area’s color.
