After your Job Board has activity, use the Track Revenue area under Manage to report on the jobs posted and the revenue earned. It shows a history of the transactions that come through your Job Board.
Viewing transactions
Track Revenue lists every transaction through your job board. Each transaction includes the poster’s name and company name, any discount code used, and the amount paid. By default, it shows the past 30 days of transactions.
- Go to Manage > Track Revenue.
- (Optional) To change the date range, enter a start date and an end date, then select Update.
- (Optional) Select Export to export the date range you searched. The export includes the fields in the report and the revenue share portion that your organization earns.
The report has these fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | The job post ID. |
| Title | The title or position that the employer entered. |
| Posted Date | The date the job post was originally added. |
| Employer Name | The name of the employer or company that the employer entered. |
| Name | The name of the job poster. It doesn’t display in the job posting. |
| Poster Email | The email address of the job poster. It doesn’t display in the job posting. |
| Discount Code | The discount code used, if applicable. |
| Discount Amount | The amount discounted, if a discount code was used. |
| Amount Paid | The total amount paid, calculated after any discounts and after any refunds are issued. |
| Amount Refunded | The sum of the refund amounts, if any part of the original or extended post was refunded. |
Refunding all or part of a post
The original post, upgrades, and distributions can each be refunded up to the full amount paid.
- Select Issue Refund next to the transaction. A window displays the amount still available to refund on the post.
- If the post was extended, select the extension transaction in the dropdown.
- Enter all or part of the payment amount for each part of the transaction that you want to refund.
- Select Issue Refund. The new Amount Paid updates in the Transaction Report to reflect the refund.
Getting paid
Job Board is a revenue share. MemberClicks takes 100% of the payment initially, then pays your organization its portion of the revenue quarterly.
Look for an email from NetSuite with the subject line Memberclicks Job Board Information Request. It has instructions for signing up to receive payments electronically. To receive a paper check instead, indicate that on the form you complete.
Payments are made in the first month of each quarter: January, April, July, and October. Transaction amounts for the previous quarter are pulled on the 15th of the month after the quarter ends. This allows for refunds and adjustments made right after the period ends. Checks and deposits are made before the end of that month.
