Overview
The Account Settings page allows you to manage your account wide settings, including your time zone, membership year, logo, and email defaults.
To access these settings, go to Settings > Account Settings.
Settings sections
Account Information and Organization ID
This section displays your total number of admin profiles, custom profiles, and prospect profiles.
To identify your account when contacting support, use your Organization ID. You can find this ID at the start of your website address when you are logged in. For example, if your web address is gail.memberclicks.net, your Organization ID is gail.
Organization Logo
The logo you upload here automatically appears on all customer invoices and continuing education credit exports.
- Click Upload Logo to add an image.
- Click Delete Logo to remove an existing image.
Time Zone
Select your organization's local time zone from the drop-down menu. The system uses this setting to stamp all dates and times across your platform.
Membership Year
Enter the start date for your organization's membership year (for example, if your fiscal year ends on December 31, set this to January 1). The year automatically begins at 12:00 AM on that date.
Note: You cannot change this date yourself once it is set. If you need to update your Membership Year, please Contact our Help Team.
Notifications
Enter the default From Name and Reply-to Email address for your automated system emails. If you leave these fields blank, the system will send emails from notifications@memberclicks.com.
Billing Contact
To update the billing contact info or card on file for your platform subscription, please Contact our Billing Team.
Member Numbers
The system automatically assigns a unique member number to all non-prospect accounts.
- Show/Hide Numbers: Toggle this setting ON to display member numbers on user profiles.
- Change Starting Number: Click Set the next member number to change where the count begins. For example, enter 1000 if you want your next new member to be number 1000 instead of 1.
QuickBooks Integration
If your organization uses QuickBooks, toggle this option ON. This updates your financial views so you can track revenue accounts accurately.
Important: Your Revenue Account names in this platform must exactly match your chart of accounts in QuickBooks. We recommend copying and pasting the names directly from QuickBooks to prevent errors.
