Before you begin
To embed something in a Classroom system page, you need an embed code from the item’s source. For example, to embed a webinar, get the embed code from the webinar system. Items can be embedded in any part of Classroom that includes a text editor, because the editor has the embed code option.
Embedding an item
- Go to the Classroom page where you want to embed the item.
- In the text editor, select Insert in the toolbar, then select Media.
- On the Embed tab, paste in the embed code.
Tip: For the best size and display on the Classroom page, select dimensions of 1200 x 800 in the general settings of the media configuration.
Depending on the page, you might need to adjust spacing and other content for the item to appear as you want.
