About registration fields
Registration Fields in Classroom are what many organizations call custom fields. They capture data that is specific to your organization and store it on a learner’s profile in Classroom. If necessary, merge these fields onto certificates.
Setting up custom fields
Prerequisite: You must be logged in as an admin.
- Select the gear settings icon on the admin home screen.
- On the page that follows, scroll down and select the Registration Fields link.
- Select Add Field. The new field is added to the bottom of your list.
- Rename the field to fit your needs.
- Use the checkboxes to choose whether the user can view this field on their profile.
