To resend a certificate to a learner:
- Assume the learner’s profile.
- Download the certificate from the certificates area under the My Account dropdown.
- Email the certificate to the learner.
Alternatively, tell the learner how to download their certificate from their certificates area.
Note: If you don’t see a certificate in the learner’s certificates area, verify that the learner has completed all requirements to receive the certificate.
