- Assume the user's profile, download the certificate from their "certificates" area under the "my account" dropdown, and send them the copy of it via email.
*You could also advise the learner of the above steps
- If you do not see a certificate there, you will need to verify that the learner has completed all requirements to satisfy receiving the certificate
