Payroc and NMI security update
We’ve updated our Payroc and NMI payment processor integration to support their enhanced security standards. Payroc and NMI are phasing out username and password API authentication for Security Keys.
What you need to know
- If your gateway currently uses a username and password, you must switch to a Security Key before November 30, 2026.
- If you update and save your payment processor settings for any reason before the deadline, you must enter a Security Key.
- Updating your connection will not remove or affect any stored payment tokens (auto-renewal payment data).
Next steps
Generate an API Security Key in your NMI/Payroc portal (Home > Settings > Security Keys), then paste it into the new Security Key field in your MC Professional payment processor settings.
Editing invoices: Clearer revenue account fields
Revenue account fields on invoice line items are now easier to read and interact with:
- When no revenue account is assigned to a line item, "None" appears as the default and is now selectable.
- Available options display in black and unavailable options are grayed out, so you can see at a glance what's selectable.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented admins from deleting line items tied to event registrations.
- Fixed an issue where voided credit memos would stay connected to their parent invoice’s refund table, and remained a contributor to the total refund amount.
- Fixed an issue that prevented admins from editing an invoice with a partial discount applied.

Invoicing: Edit offline payments and revenue accounts
Administrators can now update both revenue accounts and offline payment details on invoices. These features allow you to correct accounting and record-keeping errors without having to void the invoice.
Key features:
- Edit revenue accounts: Change the revenue account for line items on all Paid and Open (unpaid) invoice types.
- Edit offline payments: For invoices paid offline, you can now edit the Payment Type, DateReceived, and Reference/Check #.
- Track changes on the Activity Log: Every change is recorded in the invoice Activity Log, including the original value, the new value, who made the change, and when.
Re-added the “Copy link to invoice” button from the Submission list
When viewing invoices or credit memos from a form's Submission list, we've added back the Copy link to invoice button that was missing from our latest invoice redesign. You can use this button to easily share the invoice or credit memo URL with members or admins, which links to the document on your website.
Bug fix
- Fixed an issue when editing invoices where the Trash can (delete) icon didn't display next to line item connected to form submissions.

Edit form-generated invoices and credit memos (refunds)
You can now edit Open (unpaid) invoices generated through form submissions (such as events and memberships) and credit memos (refunds) issued from these invoices. This makes it easier to fix any mistakes in data entry by admins or your members, without starting over.
Feature overview
- Edit descriptions, addresses, and notes on invoices for event registrations and member renewals.
- Clearly identify if a Forms invoice has been edited with a helpful banner.
- View changes in the Activity Log, allowing you to see who made the edit and when.
Better refund and discount tracking
We've updated the Refund invoice window, which you can access from the REFUND button on an invoice, to make it easier to read. Now you can see the discount for each item in its own column, the amount already refunded, and the total refund amount based on your entries in the table. We've also updated the interface to make it clear that you can’t refund more than the total amount of a line item.
Plus, we’ve reworded the descriptions for discount line items on invoices to make them easier to read and understand how they affect the total invoice amount.
Windowed envelope support
Our PDF invoices have a new look. We’ve adjusted the design so the recipient's address lines up with the window on a standard #10 envelope.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where credit memos would display an empty Transactions section.
- Fixed an issue where logos uploaded by admins looked different when viewed by members in their profiles.
- Fixed a label error that showed the wrong information when a user renewed their membership using a form.
