MemberClicks is committed to handling the dangers so that you don't have to. Look below at some of the measures we take to keep your data safe and you resting easy.
PCI Compliance - The credit card industry's standard for security
PCI compliance is a must for any organization that wants to accept credit card payments online. Our security is comprehensive enough to be certified as PCI compliant. Learn what this means for you.
Multifactor authentication
MC Professional offers an extra layer of protection for administrator access to your account with multi-factor authentication (MFA). This feature requires administrators to enter a verification code sent by email before they can access the admin view of your MC Professional account.
Firewall protection
Defense-in-Depth: We not only use the built-in security features of Amazon Web Services (AWS), but we also layer in other security controls and tools, along with regular penetration testing performed by trusted third-party auditors.
SSL encryption
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption. All financial data related to Form Module is passed via SSL.
Data Center Security
All MC Pro services are made available through Amazon Web Services (AWS), allowing us to leverage AWS data centers that are trusted by the most highly-regulated organizations in the world. For more information on AWS data centers and how they support security standards and compliance, please see here.
Password protection
Access to private areas of your MemberClicks service requires a login using your unique username and password. To keep your account secure, MemberClicks uses admin password standards that follow best practices and meet PCI compliance guidelines.
All admin passwords must meet the following criteria:
- At least 12 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one lowercase letter
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
- Must not match any of your last four passwords
- Must not match your username
- Must not be easy to guess or appear in common password databases
Session timeout
Each user's login session becomes logged out after 60 minutes of inactivity to prevent unintended access by others. For user convenience, a timeout notification box appears minutes before the logout and gives the option to continue the session.
User group permissions
You control what member information and product features each user type—such as members, staff, board members, or vendors—can access.
Complete privacy
We store your data, and that is all we do with it. Unlike other companies, we do not share your data with anyone.
