What is archiving?
Archiving unpublishes an article while preserving it in a dedicated archive list. Archived articles are not visible anywhere on the site except through an Archive Layout menu item, but can be toggled back to published or unpublished status at any time. Archiving is useful for organizing past newsletters, press releases, meeting minutes, or other collections of past content.
Note: Archived articles appear grayed out in the Article Manager with "Archived" next to the title. They cannot be edited or published while in archived status.
