Use the Monthly Joins report to send welcome packets, touch base with members at regular intervals after they join, and understand your joins month over month.
How to use it
Navigate to Reporting > Membership and select the Welcome New Members report. The report shows all joins over the last 12 rolling months.
Use the Member Type filter at the top to focus the graph on specific member types. Select any section of the graph to open a list of those profiles, where you can export the list, contact those members, and more.
