PO numbers included in transaction report exports
Transaction report exports now include a dedicated column for Purchase Order (PO) numbers. When a PO number is associated with an invoice, it will automatically appear in this column in the exported file.
Improved discount visibility on invoice line items
The description text for invoice line items has been updated to clearly identify discounts applied through form submissions. This change helps users quickly distinguish between standard line items and applied discounts.
Standardized invoice display on the Submission List
The invoice viewer on the Submission List screen has been resized to ensure a consistent layout MC Professional.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue on the Contact Center where the Merge Tag dropdown did not display correctly when accessed from a Paragraph module.

Edit ad hoc invoices and credit memos with an open status
Now you can edit open (unpaid or unsettled) ad hoc invoices and credit memos without voiding them and starting over. With this new feature, you can:
- Change the invoice's Created Date and Due Date.
- Edit descriptions of line items, the address the invoice is billed to, internal comments, and external notes that the recipient can see.
- Add or remove line items from an invoice before it's paid.
- See admin changes recorded automatically in the Activity Log, making it easy to track updates.
Add Purchase Order (PO) numbers to ad hoc invoices and credit memos
When creating or editing open (unpaid or unsettled) ad hoc invoices and credit memos, admins can add a PO number to improve their record keeping. This PO number will be displayed on the invoice itself, allowing both admins and members to easily reference it. If a PO number isn't included, this field won't be shown.

We’ve improved the design of all invoices and credit memos so admins and members have access to a design that’s easier to read and use.
- For members: A modern design that makes it simpler to view and pay bills online.
- For admins: A reorganized toolbar. Invoice and credit memo specific tasks like Pay, Void, Settle and Download are now easier to find, while actions available for every financial document (like accessing the Activity Log) are included in a dropdown menu.
