MC Professional sites inaccessible - Resolved
MC Professional experienced a brief period of downtime during scheduled system upgrades. These upgrades were aimed at significantly enhancing product stability to prevent issues that can lead to system-wide outages during peak usage times. Unfortunately, unexpected issues arose during the upgrade process, resulting in approximately one hour of downtime.

MC Professional sites down - Resolved
MC Professional experienced performance issues and temporary downtime due to an attempted attack on our platform. While these attacks were unsuccessful thanks to our preventative measures, these defenses did temporarily impact performance by restricting access to the data on our platform. We have since blocked all related IP addresses, and full functionality was restored around 6 PM EST. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience. Please know we are actively monitoring for similar issues and are continuously improving our platform to prevent future incidents.

MC Professional admin's unable to access sites - Resolved
MC Professional experienced temporary server downtime, which prevented Admins from accessing their websites. To address this, we have increased server capacity, and these issues are now resolved.
