Updating the API credentials for your payment processor in your MemberClicks Pro account
Any time you update the API credentials in your payment processor (Payroc, Authorize.net etc.), you need to do the same in MemberClicks Pro. If you update these in your payment processor alone, this will sever the connection with your MemberClicks Pro account.
Navigate to Financial > Invoices. In the top right corner of the screen, click Payment Processors.
Hover your cursor over the payment processor that needs updating, then click EDIT.
In the Edit Payment Processor module, update the username and password field with your new credentials, then click SAVE.
The Username and Password field in the Edit Payment Processor module require your API credentials. These differ from the login credentials used to access the third party portal for your payment processor. In Payroc, the username is labelled API Username and the password is labelled API Key. In Authorize.net, the username is labelled Name, and the password is labelled Transaction key.
If you are unable to update your credentials after requesting the password reset from your payment processor, please reach out to your payment processor and confirm that your API credentials are correct.
