Forms reports let you run reports on activity across event and membership forms. The reporting options are split into two groups: event reports and form reports.

Accessing the reports
Navigate to Reporting > Forms. Event reports are at the top of the page and form reports are below.
To run any report, choose the form from the dropdown on the left, then select the member types and the start and end dates.
Event reports
Event registrant report
The Event Registrant report shows the registrants per member type, plus the total registrants for an event.
Event attendee report
The Event Attendee report shows how many people attended out of the number who registered, within each member type.
Form reports
Form submission report
The Form Submission report tracks submissions on each form—how many members completed a form in a given time period. It shows the months in your date range, the total submissions per month, and the member types in your filter broken out by month.
Selection summary report
The Selection Summary report reports on the selections included in your form. It shows each selection and how many members from each member type chose it. The selection names appear at the top of the report columns.
Date-based pricing report
The Date-Based Pricing report shows how many members completed each form during a date-based pricing time range. It shows the total members who took the form during the date-based pricing dates, broken out by member type.
Form revenue report
The Form Revenue report shows revenue distribution across the selected form based on the selections users chose. For each selection, it shows the total number of selections and the total monetary amount, then breaks that down by member type—how many people in each member type made the selection and the total revenue from it.
Discount code usage report
The Discount Code Usage report shows how many times a discount has been used, whether the discount code has a submission limit, and which member types used it. The finished report shows a column per discount code.
Membership submission report
The Membership Submission report shows how many members joined or renewed while submitting a form. For example, if you're running a promotion, this report shows how many members joined or renewed while registering for your annual conference. It shows the total members who took the form out of your total members, broken down by member type.
