About the Invoice List
The Invoice List provides a detailed view of all invoices and credit memos in your database. From this page, you can manage, filter, and export invoice data. You can also use the checkboxes on the left or select Tag All to tag invoices to perform bulk actions.
Accessing the Invoice List
To access the list, go to the Financial module and select the Invoices tab.
Filtering and searching
- Use the dropdown menus to narrow the list by invoice status and type:
- Invoice Status: Sorts by payment status such as Open (unpaid), Pending, Paid, Partial (invoices that are partially paid), or Voided.
- Invoice Type: Sorts invoices by type, such as Ad Hoc, Credit Memo, Forms, or Renewal invoices.
- Search Invoices: Use the keyword search box in the top right-hand corner to quickly find an invoice by User Name or Invoice#.
Bulk actions
To perform bulk actions, you can tag invoices one by one using the checkboxes, or tag all invoices on the current page at once by using the TAG THIS PAGE button. Once you've tagged the invoices you want to work with, go to the Actions menu in the bottom right corner. From here, you can choose from the following bulk actions.

Sends the invoice(s) to the member’s email. For a single invoice, you can also add extra recipient email addresses (such as for an accounting department). You can customize the email sent to members, or use your default invoice email template. |

Tag invoice(s) > Select Actions > Select Export |
Generates a PDF of the selected invoices for printing. The PDF file will be available under Reporting > Exports. |
Void |
Tag invoice > Select Actions > Select Void Tagged Invoice |
Marks an open invoice as Void (irreversible action). Paid invoices cannot be voided. |
