The From Name is the name that will appear in your subscribers' inboxes as who the newsletter is coming from; while the From Email Address is the email address that it will be sent from. The default From Email Address is thiswas@sentwithsmartnewsletter.com. To change the From Name, you can access this on the Design page under the Send Settings to the name of your choosing. In order to change the From Email Address to an account that you manage, you will need to authenticate your domain. We highly recommend sending from an email address that your contacts are familiar with. This reduces the chances of your newsletter ending up in SPAM folders and increases the likelihood that it will end up in your subscribers' inboxes!
We are not able to send from personal email accounts such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.
