Filtering by a Transaction Date Range
By using the Transaction Date Range, you are able to run a report of each transaction for a specific date range.
Filter By Revenue Account
Filtering by a Revenue Account will allow you to show only the transactions related to a specific Revenue Account.
Filter By Transaction Type
Filtering by Transaction Type will allow you to show a report of each Transaction Type. A Sale is generated when an invoice is created, so all invoices will possess a Sale line item. A Payment line item will only be generated when an item within an invoice is paid. Refunds will be attached to credit memos, which are invoices that focus on providing refunds, while settlements mark credit memos that have been successfully refunded through your credit card payment processor.
Filter By Transaction Status
Filtering by Transaction Status will allow you to pull a report dependent on the Transaction Status of the the transaction. The most common statuses used are Paid, Approved, and N/A. Credit cards typically possess a status of Approved, as they are being approved by your processor. Checks often possess the Paid status, as they don't need to be approved by the processor. N/A can sometimes be used for checks while also accommodating other forms of manual payment, such as applied credits, offline credit cards, or cash. When seeking to locate all of your paid transactions, it is recommended to have at least these three options selected, as the majority of payments fall into these categories.
Filter By Payment Type
Filtering by Payment Type will allow you to pull a report dependent on the Payment Type of the transaction.
Filter By Credit Card Type
Filtering By Credit Card Type will allow you to show only the transactions related to a specific card type.
Hide Pro Forma Invoices
