Use the Renewal Invoice Payment Insights report to understand how quickly your members tend to renew after entering their renewal period. With that knowledge, you can fine-tune your renewal notices to optimize turnaround times and gauge the effect of those changes over time.
How to use it
Navigate to Reporting > Membership and select the Optimize Renewals report. The report shows a graph of timeline buckets, each representing the time since a renewal invoice was generated. The bars in each bucket show the percentage of your membership that renews within that time frame. Because these percentages change as members renew at different speeds, the graph is an insight only and isn't clickable to view a list.
Toggle between two time frames on the graph: the last 12 months or all time.
