The CommUnity Health Check report provides a clear visual of your community’s health, product areas and categories with high engagement, and those that may need attention. This report provides actionable data that gives insight into the beating heart of your community.
To access the CommUnity Health Check report:
- From the Reports section of the Admin Panel, select CommUnity Health Check.
The CommUnity Health Check report displays, as shown below. - The CommUnity Health Check allows you to see the health of your community engagement by area and month.
- Different actions within each area display as different shades of the category color.
NOTE: The chart will not display for the CommUnity Health Check until there is data available to display.
