Set Up Integration to Wild Apricot

1. Go to Wild Apricot application
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Click ‘Authorized applications’
   
4. Click ‘Authorize application’ button
   
5. Select ‘User authorization’
6. Click Continue
   
7. Enter Application name, for example Community
8. Click ‘Generate API key’
   
9. Navigate to the Community Admin Panel /admin page
10. Choose Integrations -> Thirdparty settings
11. Enable Wild Apricot SSO
12. Enter the Wild Apricot URL
13. Enter the Wild Apricot Account Number
14. Copy the Application API Key from Wild Apricot and paste into Community
15. Copy the Client ID from Wild Apricot and paste into Community
16. Copy the Client Secret from Wild Apricot and paste into Community
17. Enter the Registration URL for Wild Apricot Registration
18. Secondary Registration is not supported with the Wild Apricot integration
19. Set Membership to Segment Mapping to Yes
    • This allows Membership Levels to be mapped to Segments in Community
20. Set Group to Group Mapping to Yes
    • This allows Member Groups to be mapped to Groups in Community
21. Set Profile field syncing to Yes
    • This allows Profile fields to be mapped from Wild Apricot to Community
22. Set Use Community Login Module to Yes to allows users to log in to Wild Apricot through the Community login module, set to No to not allow
23. Set Single Logout to Yes if you want users to be logged out of both Community and Wild Apricot when they log out of Community
24. Click save

NOTE: Only users with Wild Apricot status of Active, Pending – Renewal, Pending – Level Change will be able to log in to Community

NOTE: Users will be added to the Community upon logging in
