There were issues with accessing the product on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. This was due to a third party service that hosts our software. This did not affect the majority of our customers but only a geographic portion that were connected via a specific server.
West Coast USA users are still being impacted by the outage.
Unfortunately, since this is a third party issue, MemberClicks can only inform you of updates provided by Cloudflare. To stay the most up to date, click the link above for status updates.
Again, this is not affecting all users of the software, only users in a specific geographic region.
