1/13/2022, as of 3:25pm Eastern -- Our engineers were able to dramatically increase response times throughout the product. At this point you should notice performance that is back to normal with all features working properly. We will continue to monitor before calling the "all clear".

We will be performing system maintenance around midnight on 1/13/2022, which is planned to take no longer than 2 hours. During this time the product will be inaccessible. They are tracking several leads at this time, but we unfortunately do not have an ETA on when everything will return to normal. All resources are working on this and we hope to have it resolved soon.
