What is it?
MemberClicks Mobile can be used by MC Professional Admins on site at events to process payments via a Payroc credit card swiper, view your registrant list, and quickly check-in attendees. To use the app, a user will need to have Admin login credentials through MC Professional. At this time, the app is meant only for Admin users - there is not currently a member-facing portion.
Key Features
- View Open event invoices for event registrants and apply payment with the mobile swiper, or create an ad-hoc invoice for that registrant on site
- Utilize the “store” functionality to create items ahead of time for quick addition to an invoice you’re creating
- Create invoice line items on the fly for any item and any dollar amount (they even tie back to your MC Professional Revenue Accounts!)
- Use the “check in” feature to mark registrants as attended, updating the Registrant List
The best part? Everything you do in the app talks directly back into that registrant's MC Professional profile!
A card swiper? Tell me more!
MC Professional customers who use Payroc as their payment processor are able to purchase a credit card swiper via Payroc to process credit card payments on site at events (more details on purchasing below). Note: You must be a Payroc customer to utilize the swiper. There is no integration with authorize.net at this time.
What does it cost?
The app itself is free and can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices. To use the credit card swiper functionality, you will need to purchase the swiper through Payroc. A per-device fee will also apply.
How can I get started?

This is an outstanding upgrade to the product. I look forward to evaluating the product. When do you think the ability to use this app by non administrators might be available? Example. we have event coordinator(s) who do not have or need administrative rights.
