The Incomplete Submission List allows admins to see a list of people who have started a form but have yet to complete it through to submission.
Where to find it
Navigate to Forms, then click the Submissions number list next to any form.
From there, you can click the checkbox to "Show Incomplete Submissions."
On the following screen, you will then be able to see a list of anyone who has started to take the form but has yet to complete it through to submission.
From this list view, you can also tag the users whose submissions are incomplete and send them an email through the contact center.
Things to note
- The Incomplete Submission List will only show submissions that have been started or accessed within the last two weeks from today's date. If a submission was started but has not been edited again or submitted within two weeks from the start date, the incomplete submission will be discarded and it will no longer appear on this list.
- Each time the incomplete submission is accessed, the two week clock will start over again for that incomplete submission. This time stamp will be reflected in the "Last Accessed" column.
- There are a number of actions that can happen on the administrative side of the form that will alter existing incomplete submissions, including: making pricing changes on the form (including date-based pricing, availability of discount codes, etc), changing available selection items or adding/removing any forms fields, and a number of other form updates. Once the user logs back into a form, if any of these changes to the form have taken place, the user will be returned to make new selections on whatever has changed since they began the form.
