It would be great if an enhancement were made so the ASA could upload the CLE certificate to multiple profiles at one time

Hey Joanne! Thanks for the feedback. You can leave that (and others!) here, so it goes directly to our Product Managers. They would also love to know why, because currently the leaner is able to upload the certificates themselves, so our Product team would be interested in a bulk upload from the admin side. Thanks for your insights!

I'd like to add a twist (and a rationale) to the initial request: After performing the CE credit import function (variable credits) by the admin, is there a way for the user to generate a certificate (with our template) on their own within their profile that would basically contain merged form fields (name, event, dates, CE #, and the customized footer)? Traditionally, we have mail-merged our validated CE hours per member into a certificate that is then converted into a pdf and emailed to the attendee. Hope this makes sense! Thanks for the consideration.

Great question! The CE feature in Oasis doesn't generate a certificate, however, it does have the ability to allow members to upload their own. They could take the PDFs you're sending them and upload them in that way.

It may also be worth noting, our LMS has the ability for admins to upload a template with the proper editable merge fields. Once it's set-up, the system will automatically send that certificate to the learner. We're also currently working on having that talk back into the Oasis product so it fills in there for the member, rather than them having to upload it.

Hi Jay,  I went ahead and submitted the request to the product Managers back in July - however there is no way I can view that submission (or any of my or other people product improvement submissions) so I am answering your question here.  The question is why a bulk upload of CLE certificates is needed - the answer is because its easier for our Members and easier for me, the ASA.  My association provides monthly CLE training.  We often issue two different types of CLE Certificates. Right now, we print them out and distribute them at the meeting.  The member has to get them back to their office and then upload them.  Once a year they have to print out and document all their CLEs to maintain their professional status.  It would be so much easier if once a year they could just go to our website and get everything at once.  Right now, sometimes people lose the hard copy certificate or don't upload it, then they have to call me and I have to research if they actually went to the CLE before issuing a new certificate. Prior to the event training, it takes me time to print out all the certificates and then more time to distribute them at the event.  The CLE certificates we issue are generic, meaning each attendee prints their own name and info on the certificates, so the upload would be the same pdf file to all profiles.

Hey Joanne, thank you for the follow-up! I will submit that feedback to our Product Managers, just in case it's not already in there for them. We appreciate it!
