    Hi Michael - It sounds like you may have already found an answer to your question, but just in case, I wanted to follow up. There is not an Account Settings tab in the Classic system.     Every email that we send out has to have a physical address at the bottom, and currently it is my address as the ASA.  However, I'll be stepping down as the ASA shortly, and we need to change the address on those emails.  I thought it was in the Account Settings, but I'm only finding the financial contact info there.  Can you point me in the right direction?  Thank you!

  • Our fiscal year ends 12/31, so our membership year is set to 1/1. We're unique in that we do not invoice until January. Nothing says "Happy New Year!" like receiving a dues invoice from your professional association as you're ringing in the new year. Further, we don't want to bill in December because we operate on a cash basis. Is there a workaround in setting up the invoicing notifications, reminders, etc., or would we be best served to have you amend the membership year by a couple of days so we're not annoying our Fellows?

    Hey Debbie - you gave me a big chuckle at that one! Who doesn't love a nice invoice to kick off the New Year?

    As far as your set-up, to accommodate for your fiscal year needs while also being considerate of your timing, you would be best off having your Membership Year changed. This does mean that the Membership Year in the system would end further out than 12/31, to match your new start date.
