The process described below can be used to email people who have submitted a particular form.
How to Access
Navigate to Forms > Form List
Emailing Form Registrants
From the Form List, click on the number in the Form Submissions column for the form you want to email submitters for.
On the Submission List screen, tag individual users, or use the Tag All Users box at the top left to 'Tag all on this page', or 'Tag all on all pages'.
With the desired submissions tagged, click on the Actions button. Choose Contact Tagged Submissions.
In the confirmation window, choose to Contact XX Submitters. NOTE: Only submission profiles with valid email addresses will be contacted.
From there you'll be taken to the Contact Center with your submissions pre-selected.
